The Left Justifies Physiognomy
the VP Debate, the Left Slipped and Revealed Their Acceptance of Right Wing Presuppositions
With hurricane Helen ravaging the southeast, and the much discussed Vance/Walz Vice President debate, a subtle yet important vibe-shift had occurred without anybody really noticing.
POLITICO has released an article detailing an analysis of the debate which unintentionally accepts fundamental Right Wing (RW) presuppositions. What I mean to say is, specifically, the article had given clear examples of a ‘physiognomy check.’
There is a historical rule of thumb I refer to when I find myself questioning changing vernacular. If you are the Greeks, and the Persians start speaking the Greek language, you are winning. What this article entails may not seem like a significant factor in the RW’s present effort in shifting Overton Window, or even taking part in the great ‘Culture War,’ but appearances can be deceiving.
Vance not only appeared more competent in his delivery, but he also appeared to exemplify a superior physical constitution. An A10 crystal gaze and disarming charm was all that was needed to charm RW Twitter that evening. Walz, on the other hand, appearance a different way. He could be seen scratching nervously in his notes with popped wide eyes, looking like prey announcing, as POLITICO says “danger is close” at what appeared to be his natural predator; competent RW rhetoric. AWFLs threw up their arms to either justify Walz self proclaimed “knucklehead” responses, or condemn Vance as too slick, too sexy, too dangerous, losing unconscious psychic ground with every hesitating heart palpitation from a sexually frigid, but deeply curious childless cat-lady. Many less terminally-online went so far as to compare him directly to Jim of Office and meme-hall fame. The look was pointed, trained, and part of a perfectly polished routine of looking presidential, while pushing the ideological envelope to accept the acceptable national conversation of mass deportations, the release of tens of thousands of miles of federal land to build new cities, and the return of the classical American identity.
POLITICO has, perhaps in a Freudian panic, let slip that, they too, believe what you can see might be what you get, and have desperately tried to “fact-check” the physiognomy of their wobbling, toddling Minnesotan Mascot, Tim Walz. For what it was worth, perhaps they saved a few hundred, maybe even thousand votes, but, undoubtedly, POLITICO, alongside the CBS Moderators admission that “More than half of Americans support Mass Deportations” has triggered an accidental preference cascade which will, in coming weeks and months, see them conceding manner after manner of RW Presuppositions and allowing a further and further Rightward shift in the Overton Window.
That author describing his goofy face with technical anatomical terms is so classic shitlib, I can hardly get a few sentences in without my glotis clamping down my gorge. Thanks for summarizing .
Great stuff, I've been saying for months now that physiognomy is making a comeback in the mainstream
